A { Completely custom design for every type of room is available through our bespoke division, Lavender & Plum. Most of our clients are located in the Greater New York City area. }

A { The answers to our questionnaire help us tailor your space to your tastes. The more detailed information you provide, the more personalized your design can be. }

A { Once we receive all of your information we make sure we have a complete sense of what you are looking for before we begin designing. If necessary, we will send you an email to better determine your needs and taste. Throughout the process we’ll be in touch via email with any questions we may come across! }

A { LL is happy to incorporate any existing pieces you would like to use – furniture, art, etc. As long as you send photos of each piece as noted in the questionnaire. }

A { We must receive payment in full before we begin work on your space! }

A { LL spends 4 weeks on your design from the time we receive your payment/design information. After 4 weeks, we will mail your LL kit so you can assemble your room at your own pace. }
